Shelters for homeless for temecula murrieta area

I have Been seeing homeless walking around in the rain. Why isnt salvation army identify these people and county programs getting them out of the rain. I seen a couple in front of 99cents store homeless. I have a family member who had to go to San diego to get any help. I maxed out my credit cards just putting family in hotels. Now working two jobs just to keep family off the street it's a dame shame temecula/ Murrieta can't provide shelter for the homeless here. 211. Findhelp.org. all forth less do intake after intake that lead no where. I will never give my money to any organizations that don't help homeless with shelter. To many people are getting paid to do nothing. Temecula / murrieta are the worst towns to be homeless in.
